We'll review and e-mail you a further instructions. XBUSA.COM will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective. Re-stocking fee will not apply.
1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you’re not satisfied with your order you can return or exchange any item(s) within 30 days of purchase.
All returns (refunds or exchanges) must be accompanied by the order confirmation (or return request form) and may be returned to any Xtreme Boardshop location or XBUSA online CS team.
All merchandise (including all skate & snowboard related items) must be returned in its original, unused, packaged & resalable condition, except for manufacturer defects.
Merchandise that has been washed, worn, or used may not be returned.
Please bring the order confirmation and photo ID.

2. RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
WITHIN 30 DAYS:
If you’re not satisfied with your order you can return within 30 days of purchase. Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense.
Basically no exchange however, only different sizes of the same product can be exchanged. Please bring the order confirmation and photo ID.
NO RETURNS OR NO EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE ITEMS:
Clearance items may be customer returns, discontinued inventory, not include original packaging or out of season.
In all instances, all sales are final on clearance items and are not eligible for return or exchange.
WAYS TO RECEIVE YOUR REFUND:
All refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
Check below for specific circumstances:
- All refunds for online purchases can be processed to the original form of payment by online.
- All online purchases returned in-store can only be returned. (No refund at the store)
- IN-STORE PURCHASES must be returned to the XB store.
3. PROCESSING TIME FOR REFUND
We'll email you once your return or exchange package is received by our CS team.
Please allow a few days for it to be processed. Please note that every credit card institution has own processing time to show refund on your account/statement.
4. SHIPPING, HANDLING CHARGES AND DEDUCTIONS
Shipping charge will be deducted from original payment, when it is refunded and It is also the customer's responsibility to pay for returning shipping fees.
All Snowboard and Skateboard will be charged 15% re-stocking fee additionally.
If you return for the reason below, you will get full refund.
- Manufacturer's defect (contamination, breakage, misprint etc)
- Different item(s) from your order
