Returns / Exchanges


1. Return Policy
For all returns and exchange, all items must be returned in original con dition, including the manufacture’s packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Must be in resalable condition except for manufacturer defects. Returns made within 30 days of the shipping date will be refunded to the original form of payment.  No refund or exchange accepts after 30 days of the shipping date.  All item purchased from XBUSA.COM cannot be exchanged or returned to retail stores.

2. Shipping & Handling
All return or exchange package must be returned prepaid unless we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged. We do not accept C.O.D. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method. If we shipped you an item that was wrong or damaged, we will gladly issue a prepaid shipping label.

4. Refund Calculation
All returns on regular price items will be refunded minus the shipping fee to the original method of payment. All returns on sales and specific items* will be refunded minus the shipping fee and 20% restocking fee.  

For example:      

Regular price item(s): ($100 item fee - $10 shipping fee = $90 refund amount)
Sales or specific item(s)* ($100 item fee - $10 shipping fee - $20 {20% restocking fee of item fee} = $70 refund amount)

* Sales items, Skate Decks,Skate Completes, Snowboards, Snow Bindings, Snow Boots, Snow Jackets, Snow Pants, Snow Helmets, Snow Gloves, Snow Goggles, Snow Tech Ware.

5. An additional shipping fee will apply on all exchange items unless we ship you a wrong item or damaged.

6. Transit Time
We'll email you once your return or exchange package is received by our return department. Please allow 2-3 weeks for it to be processed.  Please note that every bank institution has own processing time to show refund credit on your account/statement.

7. Defected Merchandise
If you believe you received manufacturer defected product, please send e-mail explaining the defect to We'll review and e-mail you a further instructions. XBUSA.COM will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared defective (up to $9.00). Re-stocking fee will not apply.

8. Backorders
If an item that you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, there is no backorder. A full purchase price will be refund back to the credit card used. We apologized for this inconvenience. Thank you for your generous understanding.


  • All items must be unused and include the original packaging.
  • Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell.
  • If you plan to return your clothing please keep it clean.
  • Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.

[Shoes/ Boots]

  • Shoes/Boots must not be worn and must include the original undamaged packaging - XTREME recommendation - try your new shoes/boots on inside on the carpet - this will help keep your new shoes/boots clean and returnable.
  • If you plan to return your shoes, do not wear them after trying them on.
  • Shoe/boot boxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return to Xtreme Boardshop.
  • Once shoes have been worn or ridden in they cannot be returned or exchanged.

[Skate/Snow Decks and Hardware]

  • All decks must be un-skated and in like-new condition.
  • All decks cannot be tuned or waxed.
  • No deck is completely guaranteed.
  • Once a deck has been assembled, it or its parts cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • XBUSA.COM does not replace broken decks or decks with pressure cracks.
  • XBUSA Mail-order is not responsible for actual deck color and/or dimensions.
  • All deck returns are dealt with the manufacturer and are subject to their discretion.
